Highwood’s master blender imports the delicious Caribbean Rum to create our portfolio of white, amber and dark rums. The imported spirit distilled from cane sugar is carefully aged in oak, then blended and filtered to meet the profile of each unique brand.
Highwood Rum
Distilled from sugarcane molasses and mellowed by aging for over a year in oak barrels, it is then shipped to our distillery for blending and bottling using our pure Rocky Mountain water and specialized filtration processes.
